This is a known error in AccountManager. For some reason they did not fix this in the current 0.11 series but only in their 0.12 stream...

This looks very strange indeed. I suspect something related to AccountManager (just a guess). Do you have the EmailVerification module of account manager activated? If so, please either verify your email address or deactivate this email verification component (Admin - Plugins) and check again.
