Actually this is not 'allocated hours' but 'how many hours of remaining time did this team member accept on this task'. If the number of remaining hours is bigger than the member's theoretical capacity the number is red. In this case, the Scrum Master must remind the team to share the load - otherwise they won't finish.
2) In the Burndown chart, can we configure the Trend line to account for weekend days not being worked? Ideally it would check the team calendars, and display a "step" like the Ideal Burndown and Capacity.
Unfortunately, we're not that advanced yet. Yes, this is a known problem. fs
