Just now figured this out. Was going back and forth between the JSON call that was working and the one that wasn't. Finally noticed one small difference - the URL encoding. Our sprint was called "Sprint #1" - the "#" symbol was not being encoded correctly. ON the other config JSON call, it was - so it appears that the AJAX call when clicking on the Whiteboard link is not encoding the URL correctly - and therefore the backlog wasn't loading.
As soon as I changed the sprint to "Sprint 1" - the whiteboard loaded immediately. And I'm liking what I'm seeing! Sorry I didn't see it sooner - but I guess this should be submitted as a bug as well. Is there a place to do that? Thanks!
