Hi, We have recently upgraded to Agilo 0.8.0.1, and have encountered a strange change in behavior when editing tickets. TICKET_MODIFY used to be all that was needed to allow making any changes to any ticket. After the upgrade, team members are unable to view or edit any details of ticket type "BUG" except to add comments or change status. Tasks work correctly though. Your updated help document for "Agilo Specific Permissions" sais that TICKET_CHANGE will allow making changes to any ticket type.
Unfortunately, TICKET_CHANGE permission does not appear in the list of possible permissions. What can I do to give all TEAM_MEMBER the rights to modify tickets of type "BUG" ?
