Not surprising as Debian + Ubuntu only ship 0.11.1 and refuse to update (Ubuntu even ignores security issues).
Trac added some speed improvements in 0.11.2 and we needed to change quite a lot of code due to that. However in the end our speed gains due to 0.11.2 were even more significant than trac's - at the expense that trac <= 0.11.1 runs slower.
