Hello Agilo-Team! It is not possible to assign a ticket to a person who is not part of sprint team, when the sprint is defined. This is only possible, when the ticket is not assigned to a sprint.
The message: Warning: "JohnDoe" is not a valid value for the owner field. Trying it multiple times might succeed and the person will be entered as the owner of the ticket. Sometimes the agilo-plugin generates also errors. We recently encountered problems with a corrupted ini-file, which could possibly be related to this issue (but we are not sure about this). Removing the sprint from the ticket will allow to change the owner to anybody else. The problem here is that we want to involve people in the ticket workflow (e.g. for creating, closing, giving comments), who are not part of the sprint team. Workaround is to add these people to the sprint team with 0 working hours. Otherwise the planning game would be much more distorted as it is already now.
