1. Which browser do you use? Does it happen with Firefox as well?
2. Can you go to 'About trac' (top right navigation bar) as TRAC_ADMIN
   and paste the system information table (not the configuration) here?
3. Do you have Firebug installed? If so, can you check for JS errors?

This is strange but thanks for reporting. I would be *really* glad if you could give us some more details about this (probably it's a Javascript error):
