I got some suggestions from my team members, we may accepted several tickets at one time in a sprint, we could not resolve tickets at same time(actually one by one), or some tickets may block by our customers. Add "pending" status to ticket for calculating the exactly working time, also update in http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/AgiloTicketReportPlugin
I also found an interesting site (http://www.gliffy.com/) when I drawing the ticket work flow chart.
