I think you should look into these files to customize the layout:
 agilo/htdocs/stylesheet/agilo_theme.css
 agilo/scrum/backlog/htdocs/stylesheet/backlog.css

I suggest you use Firebug for that so you can look up where a specific CSS definition is stored.
