Hello, I was looking at http://www.agile42.com/cms/pages/faq/#9 and was wondering - does adding a contingent factor in to the burndown chart? And how would I use it?
For example, let's say I add a 30 hour contingent for "Sleeping on the job". Being the first day of the sprint, it hasn't happened yet. But if I come across someone sleeping for two hours, can I log those two hours against the contingent? Or is our capacity already reduced by 30 hours? I'm confused on the concept.
