This is currently not possible but it should be a small change: I added it to https://dev.agile42.com/wiki/agilo/users/Possible_Contributions together with some implementation hints.
Also, a side note, but the file that is exported from the comma-delemited Text link doesn't have a .csv extension which makes it so the file associations on Ubuntu don't automatically load it into oocalc. If there is an easy way to fix this up, that would fix a small annoyance.
For me this works (it's actually a trac feature) - do you use an old trac version like 0.11.1?
