This is probably going to be hard, as this information is stored as trac custom ticket fields, which means it is in the the table ticket_custom. However thats what we have the Backlogs for, so you are probably much better off creating a custom backlog to list just the information you want. If you need more info on how to create backlogs you can find some in the included help and of course in the history of this group.
