Yeah, that last one is definitely a bug I've filed here:

For the first to things, we did decide that we didn't like the splitted
ticket editing page, so we will be going back to the trac original
(everything in one page) in one of the next releases. I can't promise a
delivery date yet though.

Yes, I'd like that too. However I'd like to note that this are the kind
of improvements we are adding in the agilo pro version currently and
that will only later trickle down in the free version.
