Well, done means the status is "closed" and the resolution is "fixed", so I'm not sure you can leverage this. We advocate that you just leave a story in progress and leave the collaboration on the story to the daily standup so your team can self organize the collaboration between different team members. Then at then end of the sprint you review all completed stories in the sprint review and reopen what is not in an acceptable state. Hope that helps!
