Hi Igor, > How do I convert existing tickets (~300 of them) so that agilo would > ignore them from display in the burn down charts? > > Tickets are defects, enhancements mostly.
If they are defects and enhancements they should already be excluded from the burndown chart (through a bug really - but this may be a feature for you) As soon as we fix this, you will need to make sure that the tickets you want to ignore from the burndown chart don't have a story_point or remaining_time attribute. To easily change the type of many tickets at once, I would recommend the csv export and import on which you can find more in the help that acompanies each agilo installation, for example here: <https://dev.agile42.com/agilo-help/user/dashboard#ManagingticketsviaCSVfiles> Hope this helps!
