It seems we somehow mixed up the boot order for the hds - now the vm
tries to boot from the swap device - which of course fails.

To work around this problem, please go to the mashines advanced
preferences and choose the other hd as the boot device.

We are currently uploading a new version of the vm that will also fix
it, but the workaround should get you started.
