Hello Robin, Please bear in mind agilo works with ticket hierarchy. So the flow is: the PO creates Requirements and breaks these down into User Stories. The other roles can read these items, but not modify them. The Team Members then break down User Stories into Tasks. Other roles can read tasks, but not modify them.
The Team Members will work on Tasks, these are the items they actually take to their desks, so to say.
