Actually I was not correct in my email. The above problem is when I
try to copy the global.ini file to the a new project's trac.ini file.

 I actually can't run the upgrade command after I create the new
project and referencing the global.ini file.

I get the following error File "/usr/bin/python/site_packages/
agilo-0.7.4.1_r1624_20090611_py2.4.egg/agilo/utils/db.py" line 93, in
create_table raise e_sqllite Database error: table agilo_link already
exists.
