Definitely. You're clearly experiencing a JS error which explains all the later symptoms. I have to check why this happens to you. Any chance that we can get (browser) access to your Agilo to check the error?
Just to be sure: Do you serve static files (like Agilo js files) by Apache (aka 'trac-admin deploy') or Agilo/trac (default).
