Hi there- I've tried adding the tickettemplate plugin from trackhacks, but that doesn't seem to be triggered in the Agilo new ticket view. Is there anyway to do this in Agilo? This is specifically for 'bug' type tickets- want some prompts to remind people to add appropriate notes/values, or specifically state 'N/A'.
