In Agilo we don't trac 'time spent' as this is not important for the
goal Agilo methods have. You could argue that 'hours spent' is just the
'capacity' of the team (all working hours). This information is recorded
at the start of the sprint when you press 'confirm commitment'.
You can see this information in Teams -> <your team>. If you did not
press 'confirm commitment# in the beginning, this information was not
recorded.
