This looks to be a css issue, I'm not sure if this is easily fixable at your end. >From a first look it seems like all li/ul elements just get a hard margin assigned. I'm tracking this in bug here <https://enterprise.hosted.agile42.com/ticket/1134> and can reproduce it on our internal installation so I guess this will be fixed in the next release.
