Could you post a more detailed log of where this message occured? Agilo
itself does not use any c-extensions, but some of the dependencies
(simplejson for example) might.

To optimize agilo our experience has been that it is most helpfull to
first use apache+mod_wsgi to host agilo and then hand off all static
content to apache itself so trac doesn't have to serve it.
