This is a bit strange as creating tickets should _not_ assign them to the creater. (He should just be recorded as the reporter). Can you be more specific about how you create tickets? Also, do you have any plugins in your track or modifications to the default configuration and which versions of trac and agilo you are using? Because for me, if I create a ticket it is never assigned to myself. (This also may be more of a trac specific issue).
