The DB you are using is the one specified in the trac.ini at the section [trac] 
with key database...

How did you do the backup? In case you use sqlite there is the option 
trac-admin <env> hotcopy that copies a whole environment including tickets 
attachements... otherwise you need to do separate backups of DB and 
filesystem...
