In Agilo you can/should not link a ticket to another ticket of the same
type. However you can easily create a custom type 'epic' and configure
links to user stories.
On the epic edit page there is a link 'create a referenced user story'.
Every user story that is created through that link is automatically
connected to your epic.
If you want to assign a user story to an epic, you can create/delete
these links on the epic edit page.
