If the ticket is a story, it will automatically show up in the product 
backlog after you remove the sprint field. As far as tasks are 
concerned, the Whiteboard in Agilo Pro can 'unaccept' a ticket, thus 
removing owner (assignee) and resetting it to the new state. Also, the 
backlog can display and edit the 'owner' field as if it is configured as 
a column. Also, please note that tasks without a sprint and story never 
show up in the Product Backlog.
