Indeed so. But Agilo is a large plugin and touches a lot of trac
internals in order to add most of the functionality, so large updates of
trac require large adaptions in Agilo. If you're up for it, we welcome
any help getting Trac 0.12 support finished sooner :-D

Oh, why do you want to change the GUI theme?

You could try the in-place editor that is available in the backlog in
the latest release or try Agilo Pro that comes with an inline editor as
well, so you need a lot less clicking to change ticket fields.
