The trend line is usually just a very rough estimation of where your 
burndown is going. Notice that even if you do remove weekends, it will 
still show a burndown at night when no one is working (same for the 
actual burndown).  In the next release, we will show a higher resolution 
burndown and capacity, and we're planning for a feature to remove full 
days with 0 capacity from the burndown chart. So if that's what you are 
looking for, you may be excited by the next release.

Regarding data export: The burndown data is stored in the trac database, 
but an export of this data is currently not implemented -- although it 
may be a desirable feature.
