Adding the field worked.  I need to handle situation when somebody
defines a task before creating a spint.
Agreed this is not Scrum ... but what my boss wants is the right thing
for me anyway :)
Then I'd prefer the task be visible/accessible from its nearest
context (the milestone), than sit as orphan in the long flat list.
