If you have used the Agilo Windows installer, you will already have an environment with an empty svn repository configured. You could experiment by changing the repository_dir variable in C:\Program Files\Agilo\tracenv\test\conf\trac.ini to another SVN repository -- or use the trac-admin (from C:\Program Files\Agilo\Scripts) to create a new environment, and it will ask you for the path to the repository during the process.
