You could try a full reference including the wiki page name or try attaching it to a ticket. Are you sure your file upload was successful, i.e. can you see the ticket in the list of attached files? Have a look at http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/0.11/WikiMacros#Image-macro for more ways to link images.
