As you probably have seen, Martin posted a hot fix patch in the other thread regarding this subject (Re: Questions to Agilo configuration) -- Adding this patch and the site specific configuration (CSS rules, see my mail in the thread) would allow for custom coloring of the backlog by status. How does this work for you?
