If you would be willing to run some more tests, try to enable an interim
script as a commit hook that runs the Agilo hook and stores the output
in a file. Something like this:
#!/bin/bash
PREFIX=`mktemp -t agilohook.XXXXXX`
echo "Writing to " ${PREFIX}.{out,err} 1>&2
ls "$@" 1>$PREFIX.out 2>$PREFIX.err
First, do you see the filename in eclipse ? Do you see content on the
server after the commit?
