Yes, this is indeed a problem and one we tried to solve for this
release. We haven't found a solution to this yet though as we ran
against a barrier in how trac handles it's internal dirty tracking.

:-(

We will address this though, since we see it as a bug that the invisible
milestone is set on tasks - but that you can't edit it and it remains
behind when you change the sprint of a task.

This we addressed in the current release - if you remove a story from a
sprint, all it's open tasks will come with it (this will not change the
milestone though, sorry 'bout that).
