If you remove the sprint from the story (using the select field, just unset it), it should reappear in the product backlog. Unfortunately, something unexpected happens then: When you set a sprint on a story, the milestone is set to the sprint's milestone. When you unset the sprint again, the milestone property is not removed. Now since the product backlog will only display stories with no milestone and no sprint, the story does not show up there anymore. It will, however, show up in the milestone backlog if that is configured. We have already fixed this behavior, and it is planned for the next bugfix release. > 2. How can I give a user permission to close user stories without > being an administrator? The product owner (PRODUCT_OWNER) can close the story. There is no special permission you could give to someone else except TICKET_ADMIN or TRAC_ADMIN.
