I have created a new backlog that is to be populated with tickets of a
single type that I also created.  My backlog scope is Global, ticket
type is my custom type, and I selected a single column to show.

I know that there are tickets of my custom type in my Agilo site as I
see them in Active Tickets report.  However my custom backlog is
empty.  What am I doing wrong?
