and I selected all types to show in the sprints

To me including stories in a sprint will show the 'tasks without story'. So I guess you need to show us your configuration (sections, agilo-links, agilo-backlog, agilo-types) and some of your database:
  select * from agilo_backlog where name='Sprint Backlog';

(replace 'Sprint Backlog' with the name of your backlog, e.g. 'Product Backlog').

Please make sure that you did not change the default configuration for:
 - User Story links to Tasks
 - Tasks link to no other Type
 - Tasks have a field remaining time, no other type don't have this
   field (especially not 'containers' like Bugs or User Stories)
