You could see it as a bug though it was a necessary trade-of at that
time. If you go to agilo.scrum.backlog.json_ui and look for the
backlog_as_json() function you could add the permission check simply by
adding:
if req.perm.has_permission('TICKET_VIEW', backlog_item.ticket.resouce):
json_data.append...
However you might experience problems with drag&drop afterwards as we
assume that all tickets are shown...
