Hi I have a question about online demo On the right handside there is a bug & impediment backlog links. However I could not see how to add tickets into those backlogs.
I am assuming that it is necessary to add 2 extra ticket types (bug/ defect and impediment) in agilo? Why are these not created automatically if the links are there by default?
