Do you have maybe some reset procedure for the installation or maybe can I
look to some diagnostic logs.
I'd encourage you to open Firebug (or the Web Developer Tools from
Chrome/Safari) and check the network requests. Can you see if your
servers returns some answer or does the request just hang?
If the problem seems to be on the server, please enable logging (Admin
-> logging) and check the log file afterwards. If Agilo is run with
Apache, you might also want to check Apache server log files.
