Thats usually a sign that Agilo did not activate correctly - if it did
though (i.e. you see all the other agilo extensions to the UI), go to
Admin > Agilo > General and click save. (That resets the template path
which may have been erraneous).

If that doesn't work, we'll have to know more about your environment.
One way to do this is to log in to agilo as an admin and visit "About
Trac" in the upper right corner. Then copy the system information table.
