I'd be interested in this too, as I just downloaded Agilo as a trial
and I'm getting pretty much the same problem.

Logging in as admin I can access all pages, but logging in as any of
the created users I have no permissions and get the
acct_mgr.web_ui.MessageWrapper error.

Checked the trac permissions and all looks well.

Can't see anything in the error log either?
