Maybe you can describe the problem a bit more in detail:
- Do you see anything from Agilo? (e.g. the theme, a backlog)
- if not please check the trac.log why Agilo is not loaded
- please check if AccountManager's the EmailVerificationModule is active
I'm pretty sure this is a configuration problem on your side :-)
