I pushed out 1.3.0.3 (+ Agilo Open 0.9.0.3) which should fix this problem.
Sorry for the inconvenience but I have to say that it's still mysterious
what causes the bug - after all my colleague could use the Windows
Installer perfectly fine when testing the release while I saw the
problem immediately when using the installer...
