Hm, I'm not sure this is a solution to your problem, but do you really release after each sprint? (One week sounds very short to justify the overhead of the Scrum Ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective). If you don't release after each sprint, you might want to have fewer milestones (just one for each actual release) and add more sprints per milestone.
