Thanks for reply Stephan I would prefer to use one tool and enter tickets directly there otherwise as you stated plug-ins get broken, have to worry about conversion etc. That all takes time to fix. I guess its not just about creating tickets (that I usually do myself) but usability in general for all the developers/testers. The more intuitive the better. Agilo 1.3.0 is a huge step forward but still a few things to 'tweak' to make it a top class agile tool.
