Are you planning stories and tasks for the sprint? Do the tasks have a 
remaining time (as estimated at the sprint planning/task breakdown -- 
this is needed to raise the actual burndown above zero)? Do you have a 
team associated to the sprint, does the team have members (for the 
capacity bar)? Do you use the confirm commitment button at the start of 
the sprint (in order to calculate ideal burndown correctly)?
