Hello

You are right. It was only a workaround because now I have another
problem with non ascii characters in ticket_type.
We removed all non ascii characters and it runs fine.

But I don't understand the separation between type name and type
alias. In the admin interface (TICKET SYSTEM | Ticket Types) I only
can see the columns Name, Default and Order. Where is the alias
column?
I use the 0.11 trac version.

Thanks in advance.
