Sorry, I cannot reproduce this. Are you talking about the site that says 'Team "<team name>" Planning for Sprint "<sprint name>"' at the top? Are you talking about the first table on the site? What I have done is create a new sprint, add one story and one bug to it. I have created one task with remaining time 10 hours for the story, then the table said "10 hours" in red. Then I added one task for the bug with 10 hours remaining, and the table said "20 hours". At which point is this behaving differently for you?
